Detective Keith Vincent has been with the Chesterfield County Police Department since September of 1990. The first 15 1/2 years he worked as a patrolman. April of 2006 Officer Vincent was transferred to the Special Victim's Unit and became a detective. The role of that unit is to investigate all sex crimes.
